The name is FRED. Short for Fortress Real Estate Developers. FRED is bold in its approach. At FRED, we don’t beat around the bush. We get things done. And done properly. At our company, we build. We take creativity, experience and innovation and use them as building blocks for our concepts and destinations. We are modern and versatile. Yet we appreciate our roots, our history, and our experience. Our look and feel has changed, yet we are still FRED. The developer who people know and appreciate. But we stay future minded, and achieve durability in ourselves as much as we do in every project

FRED’S HISTORY
As a company we are a child of Fortress, a well known multidisciplinary real estate investment company with over thirty years of experience. A that has always been known for its independence, decisiveness and innovation.

The relationship between both our entities remains strong. Not only because our founders share their roots, but because FRED has adopted the strong work ethic and extensive experience that Fortress built. It is this history that we use as our foundation and checkpoint.
